Welcome to my website!

I am a PhD candidate at University of Rome Tor Vergata, where I work under the supervision of Leonardo Becchetti.

I am also a Post-Doc fellow at the University of Turin (ESOMAS Department), where I am working on a project with Andrea Gallice.

My research focuses on Applied Microeconomics, Political Economy, and Development Economics, with particular emphasis on the political and economic dynamics in Italy during the 'Years of Lead.'

In my Job Market Paper, I examine government decision-making during the Brigate Rosse era—using the Aldo Moro kidnapping as a quasi-experimental setting—to analyze how the Italian state balanced immediate threats and long-term security objectives.
